We are seeking Line Cooks of all levels to join our team for our fine dining restaurant, O by Claude Le Tohic, and also for The Bistro & Grill at ONE65, both opening in early 2019.

This position requires dedication and reliability, as well as a passion for ingredients and technique perfection.
Executive Chef-Partner, acclaimed Michelin Star and James Beard Award winner, Claude Le Tohic, is opening fine dining destination, O' by Claude Le Tohic, and also The Bistro & Grill at ONE65, which will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner menus showcasing local, seasonal fare, minimally prepared to allow the ingredients to shine. Our open kitchen will feature a Josper charcoal oven imported exclusively for ONE65 from Spain, and the only one of its kind in San Francisco. The Bistro menu will feature modern California/French food.
Full-Time and Part-Time positions, for all shifts, are available.
A multi-level culinary concept, slated to open in early 2019 in the heart of San Francisco s Union Square, ONE65 will offer four distinct modern French cuisine dining experiences under one roof.
